Although for years people believed that acne was caused by oily, skin it can just as easily come from dry skin. Unfortunately, some individuals are more prone to develop acne than others are.
Care for dry acne prone skin doesn't need to be something that takes up a lot of your time. It also doesn't have to be a real expensive process. Years ago, it was always assumed that if a teenage age chocolate or greasy foods, they would get pimples and acne. If they had pimples, it was assumed they ate chocolate or greasy foods.

There are many toners and moisturizers you can buy for your skin. What's right for one may not work for another. Your doctor may recommend a certain brand or you may want to just try to find one you like that works well for you,
